In addition to the reports listed in the Reports Section of the WATCHMAN Reliability Portal, you can also generate your own reports on-the-fly and then save them to your local computer, print them, and/or post them to the Portal.
These on-the-fly, customized reports are created using the Create Custom Reports link in the top banner.
When creating a custom report, you can choose from four types of reports:
Standard. This is a basic report that lets you define the machines you want included and the date range of the data shown. Standard reports can also include spectral graphs. With Standard reports, you can include all of the machines in a particular plant or area, machines on a particular survey, or a single machine. The report shows the state of you machines based on the last analyst review, a history of health, current repair recommendations, and other valuable information.
Custom. This report is similar to the Standard report, but it can be customized to include additional information (for example, machine images, cited peaks, and max levels).
Compound Risk Index (CRI). This report determines the amount of operational risk associated with the continued operation of a specific set of machines. With a CRI report, you can specify it be based on all of the machines in a plant or just those in a particular area. The report shows risk as a percentage -- the higher the percentage, the higher the risk.
Derived Machinery Readiness (DMR). This report determines the overall readiness of the machines in a plant or area. Readiness is represented by a percentage -- the higher the percentage the more ready the fleet. This report takes the number of faults for each machine, the severity of those faults, and the importance of each machine to production into account.
Note: Compound Risk Index (CRI) and Derived Machine Readiness (DMR) elements, along with many others, can be included on Dashboard(s) for quick reference.
If you plan to save a report, it will be saved as a PDF. You and anyone to whom you plan to distribute it must have a PDF reader, such as the free Adobe Reader, in order to open the file.
