The Derived Machinery Readiness (DMR) page provides a summary of the overall readiness of your machines.
Readiness is represented by a percentage—the higher the percentage the more ready the fleet. The DMR rating takes into account the number of faults reported for each machine, the severity of those faults, and the importance of each machine to production.
This page is accessed by clicking the title bar of the Derived Machinery Readiness element on the Dashboard. The information on the page, depends on whether your Dashboard is set up to show DMR information from one plant or from all plants in your program.
If you Dashboard was set up to see only one plant (vie the drop-down list on the upper right), DMR information is only shown for that plant on both the Dashboard element and on the Derived Machinery Readiness page. If All Plants is selected on the Dashboard, then readiness information is shown for all plants to which your login has permission.
Tip! You can also create a custom Derived Machine Report containing only the machines you want via the Create Custom Reports menu. For more details, see Creating Custom Reports.
