When reviewing the Event Tracker, there may be a recommendation that does not warrant any action. Such actions can be "rejected."
Rejecting a recommendation does not delete the event, but removes it from the default Event Tracker view (showing all recommendations that are Pending).
Rejected events only appear when the Event Tracker is filtered to show events with a status of Work Order Rejected or Resolved.
How to filter the Event Tracker table is explained here.
To reject an event
In the Event Tracker, locate the recommendation you want to reject, then click its Reject button.
On the Reject Event page, in the Additional Findings box, enter the finding or reason why the recommendation is being rejected. You must enter something in this box to reject the event.
Click Save. The recommendation is rejected. It no longer appears in the default Event Tracker view.
Tip! If you later decide you want to change this event to a different status, filter the Event Tracker to Work Order Rejected to locate the event, then edit it and change its Work Order Status.
